In the past years I have ventured into the world of black and white photography. I think this is a very powerful artistic resource that allows conveying emotions in a different way than color photography does. Certain environments and situations, such as many vistas of Antarctica and Patagonia, are particularly dramatic and look better without the distraction of color.
